\nThe Role \nAs a Senior Civil Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in providing professional civil engineering services, focusing on projects within the defence, secure infrastructure, and aviation sectors. You will be responsible for coordinating multi-disciplinary design teams, providing technical solutions, and overseeing the development of projects from concept through to completion. Strong project management skills and the ability to work within a process-driven environment are essential, along with the ability to manage technical packages.

\n  \nKey Responsibilities \n·Contribute to the commercial and technical success of civil engineering projects. \n·Assist in promoting the company's civil engineering services. \n·Design practical and economic civil engineering solutions based on clients' needs.

\n·Maintain high standards of integrity and professionalism in client and colleague relationships. \n·Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. \n·Contribute to ensuring client satisfaction through professional conduct and project delivery.

\n·Work collaboratively to maintain up-to-date project and fee records. \n·Prepare fee quotations to support the bidding process. \nEssential Skills, Experience, and Attributes \n·Proven post-qualification experience in civil engineering, covering all aspects of professional activity.

\n·Experience working with both public and private sector clients. \n·Strong understanding of building construction, Building Regulations, and related legislation. \n·A relevant degree in Civil Engineering.

\n·Full Chartered Membership (or working towards it) of a professional body. \n·Active UK SC Clearance or the ability to gain clearance (essential due to the nature of the work)
