About
You’ll work as part of our established Civil Engineering team, contributing to a wide range of projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed‑use sectors. From concept design through to detailed engineering and construction support, you’ll play a key role in shaping sustainable, buildable, and innovative solutions for our clients.
The role
Producing civil engineering designs, drawings, and reports for drainage, highways, earthworks, and infrastructure projects
Using industry‑standard software such as Civil 3D, MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage, and AutoCAD
Supporting senior engineers with design development and project delivery
Liaising with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders
Preparing technical submissions, including planning and Section 38/104/278 applications
Contributing to a positive team culture and helping to mentor junior staff where appropriate
Skills
Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
Experience in a consultancy environment (we’re open to different levels of experience)
Working knowledge of UK design standards and approval processes
Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset
Progress toward professional accreditation (IEng/CEng) is desirable but not essential
