Role Highlights: Prepare and present high-standard dishes Maintain food hygiene, allergen, and safety standards Lead a section during service Assist with menu planning and event catering Supervise, train, and develop team members Support procurement, stock control, and admin tasks Participate in training and promote sustainability Ideal Candidate: NVQ Level 3 in Cookery or equivalent, or relevant experience Experience in high-standard catering environments Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills Passion for seasonal, sustainable produce Flexibility to work evenings and 16 Saturdays per year Details: xehkeey 40 hours/week, split shifts, including evenings and weekends Salary: £35,020–£40,752 p.a.
