I'm working with a well-established and forward-thinking construction consultancy that continues to grow its residential offering across London and the Southeast. They're now looking to add a Senior Building Surveyor to their South-East London team - someone technically strong, confident with contracts, and keen to keep developing.
This is a role for a surveyor who enjoys variety, responsibility, and being trusted to do things properly.
The role will include:

• Delivering a broad range of professional Building Surveying services within the residential sector
• Leading on contract administration from pre-contract through to completion
• Producing specifications, schedules of works and technical reports
• Managing residential refurbishment and development projects
• Supporting and mentoring more junior surveyors as the team grows
• Working closely with clients and project teams to ensure quality and consistency

About you:

• Strong technical Building Surveying background
• Proven contract administration experience
• Comfortable working on residential projects, including refurbishments and developments
• Professional, collaborative, and confident dealing with clients
• Someone who wants to keep progressing, not stand still
