A leading independent consultancy is seeking to appoint a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor to join their established team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious surveyor to work across a wide variety of commercial property assets, gaining direct exposure to clients and contributing to the continued success and direction of the business.\n\nYou will work with a diverse range of clients, property professionals, and stakeholders on projects that span acquisition, improvement, and ongoing management of commercial buildings. The role offers significant opportunity for professional growth, business input, and the chance to expand your local and national network within the property industry.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nUndertake a broad range of professional and project work, including: \nAcquisition and dilapidations surveys and negotiation\nPlanned Preventative Maintenance programmes\nContract Administration / Project Management\nStatutory compliance and technical due diligence\nManage client relationships, ensuring service excellence and alignment with business objectives.\nOversee multiple projects, balancing priorities and maintaining attention to detail.\nCollaborate with colleagues across disciplines and regional offices to deliver joined-up client solutions.\nContribute to business development, supporting the ongoing growth of the regional team.
