The role offers significant opportunity for professional growth, business input, and the chance to expand your local and national network within the property industry.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nUndertake a broad range of professional and project work, including: \nAcquisition and dilapidations surveys and negotiation\nPlanned Preventative Maintenance programmes\nContract Administration / Project Management\nStatutory compliance and technical due diligence\nManage client relationships, ensuring service excellence and alignment with business objectives.\nOversee multiple projects, balancing priorities and maintaining attention to detail.\nCollaborate with colleagues across disciplines and regional offices to deliver joined-up client solutions.\nContribute to business development, supporting the ongoing growth of the regional team.
