Undertake a broad range of professional and project work, including: Acquisition and dilapidations surveys and negotiation Planned Preventative Maintenance programmes Contract Administration / Project Management Statutory compliance and technical due diligence Manage client relationships, ensuring service excellence and alignment with business objectives.
