This position offers excellent career progression within a growing business that is consistently securing high-profile projects across various sectors, including commercial, residential, and education.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nLead the bid process for a range of projects, managing all stages from initial prequalification to final submission.\nCollaborate with senior management, commercial teams, and technical specialists to ensure bids are competitive and aligned with the company's strategic objectives.\nProduce high-quality, persuasive bid documentation, ensuring all submissions meet client requirements, are commercially viable, and align with the company's standards.\nDevelop detailed bid strategies, risk management plans, and win themes to maximise the chances of success.\nProvide clear and concise leadership to the bid team, ensuring timelines are met and key milestones are achieved.\nMaintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and sub-contractors, throughout the bidding process.\nContinuously assess and improve bid processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
