This is an exceptional opportunity for a proactive and ambitious technologist to build a long-term, future-focused career within a progressive environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nAs a Senior Architectural Technologist, you'll play a central role in the design and delivery of projects across all RIBA work stages, including:\n\nLeading projects from concept through to completion, ensuring quality, technical accuracy, and timely delivery.\nActing as the main client contact, leading design and technical meetings.\nProducing detailed planning, tender, and construction drawing packages.\nAttending and overseeing site meetings, liaising with contractors and sub-contractors throughout the build process.\nEnsuring all designs comply with UK Building Regulations, planning legislation, and sustainability standards.\nEmbracing and utilising the latest BIM and design software (Vectorworks experience desirable; training available).\nMentoring and supporting junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practice.About You - You'll be a confident and technically strong Senior Architectural Technologist who thrives in a job-running role.
