In this role, youll be the main point of contact for a key account, ensuring smooth planning and delivery of large-scale events and the logistical challenges involved. Youll balance strong customer relationships with commercial awareness confidently managing expectations, having challenging conversations when needed, and ensuring projects run profitably without compromising service. What youll be doing: Managing client accounts from enquiry through to event completion Preparing quotations, schedules, and event documentation Coordinating logistics, vehicles, crew, and equipment Being available during events (including some evenings/weekends) Working closely with internal teams to keep operations on track
