Senior Account Manager – Logistics Services

Location: Aylesbury

Salary: Up to c£42,000 (depending on experience) + great benefits

We’re working with a growing organisation in the logistics sector, looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join their team.

In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for a key account, ensuring smooth planning and delivery of large-scale events and the logistical challenges involved. You’ll balance strong customer relationships with commercial awareness — confidently managing expectations, having challenging conversations when needed, and ensuring projects run profitably without compromising service.

What you’ll be doing:

* Managing client accounts from enquiry through to event completion

* Preparing quotations, schedules, and event documentation

* Coordinating logistics, vehicles, crew, and equipment

* Being available during events (including some evenings/weekends)

* Working closely with internal teams to keep operations on track

* Resolving issues quickly, always keeping service levels high

What we’re looking for:

* Previous experience and knowledge gained in event management, trade shows or similar

* Experience managing complex client relationships at a senior level

* Knowledge of event logistics (vehicles, routing, crew management)
