Access to your own personal dedicated consultant What you will be doing: Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups to help them engage and succeed Using creative, hands-on approaches to keep learning accessible and fun Helping pupils regulate emotions and navigate the school day with confidence Building strong, trusting relationships that make pupils feel safe and understood Working closely with teachers and SEN staff to deliver consistent, high-quality support Who We're Looking For: Hold a level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or the equivalent Energetic, resilient, and ready to think on your feet Patient and understanding, even when things get challenging A natural encourager who celebrates every small win Experience working with children in a similar setting Experience working with special needs children Based locally to Erdington, Birmingham APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR SPENCER CLARKE GROUP All applications are subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, professional reference checks, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) in line with our stringent safeguarding policy Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and all employment breaks must be explained You must have legal right to work in the UK You must be willing to attend a registration interview

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position.
