SEN Teaching Assistant - Independent Specialist School (11-16)Salary: £24,500 - £25,900 | Full-time: 37.5 hours/weekLocation: Scunthorpe | Ofsted Rating: Good Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people? Our client, an independent specialist school in Scunthorpe, is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support students aged 11-16 with social, emotional, and mental health needs. Many pupils have EHCPs and benefit from tailored support for needs such as ADHD and ASD. The school provides a calm, structured, and nurturing environment for young people who have found mainstream education challenging, helping them re-engage with learning and achieve positive outcomes.What You'll Do
