SEND Teaching Assistant

Norwich8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)£106 per day

Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs? Do you have experience in support work or care work and want to make a real difference in education?

We are currently recruiting for a SEND / Unqualified Teaching Assistant to work in schools across the Norwich area. This is a rewarding, full-time, term-time-only role supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

The Role:

• Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including complex needs
• Providing 1:1 or small group support in and out of the classroom
• Assisting with personal care where required
• Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:30am - 3:30pm
• Term time only

Pay:

• £106 per day

About You:

• Experience in support work, care work, or a similar background is highly desirable
• Personal experience supporting individuals with additional needs is valued
• Comfortable providing personal care
• Patient, compassionate, xbpsjku and resilient
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children and young people
