SEND Teaching Assistant

Norwich 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday (Term Time Only) £106 per day

We are currently recruiting for a SEND / Unqualified Teaching Assistant to work in schools across the Norwich area. This is a rewarding, full-time, term-time-only role supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

The Role:

Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including complex needs Providing 1:1 or small group support in and out of the classroom Assisting with personal care where required Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staffWorking Hours:

Monday to Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm Term time onlyPay:

£106 per dayAbout You:

Experience in support work, care work, or a similar background is highly desirable Personal experience supporting individuals with additional needs is valued Comfortable providing personal care Patient, compassionate, and resilient Strong communication and teamwork skills A genuine passion for supporting children and young peopleThis is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to transition from care or support work into an education setting, or for those wanting to gain valuable classroom experience.
