The Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support students in small groups or individually, helping them access the curriculum and participate in class activities. Your role will be crucial in promoting the inclusion and emotional well-being of students, building their self-esteem and supporting their social development.
You will also be responsible for supporting students with behaviour management, using strategies to create a positive and productive learning environment. Your ability to provide calm and consistent support will be key in helping students build confidence and develop resilience in their learning.
