Key Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEND, primarily within English. Assist learners in developing reading, writing and comprehension skills. Collaborate with teaching staff to deliver personalised learning approaches. Encourage independence, resilience and positive learning behaviours. Adapt tasks and resources to suit individual learning needs. Support classroom management and contribute to a calm, supportive learning environment. The Ideal Candidate Will:

Have experience working with students with SEND (ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, communication needs, SEMH). Be patient, consistent and committed to student progress.
