We're looking for a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Harrow. If you enjoy helping children with additional needs reach their potential, this role is for you!

What the role involves:

Supporting pupils with special educational needs, 1:1 or in small groups Assisting with learning activities and classroom management Encouraging confidence, independence, and positive behaviour Working closely with teachers and support staff to meet individual pupil needsWhat we're looking for:
