About the Role Teaching Personnel is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with Special Educational Needs in schools across Hinckley. Key Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN, including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities Support students’ emotional, social, and behavioural development Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to staff The Ideal Candidate Will Have
