Together in Learning is proud to be recruiting experienced SEN Teaching Assistants on behalf of an inclusive and passionate SEN School in Coventry. We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Supply Teaching Assistants to join our team, supporting children aged 4 - 11 with Autism Spectrum Condition and additional learning needs.

About the Role:

* You will be responsible to provide tailored support to children with Special Educational Needs in class and through small group learning.

* Assist the class Teacher in the daily learning and development of pupils, ensuring a nurturing and positive environment.

* Manage and support children who may display behaviours that challenge with patience and understanding.

* Work closely with teachers and support staff to implement effective learning strategies.

* Commit to making a positive impact on the educational journey of each child.

Requirements

* Experience working with children or Young Peeople with SEN/Autism in a education setting

* Patient, positive and reliable attitude with good work ethics

* Must have a passion for supporting children with special needs

* Have initiative, vision, excellent planning, and organisational skills

* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to do a new one
