Experience working in mainstream lessons Experience leading a group of 6 SEN students, offering 1:1 and group support The opportunity to work closely with students, as well as liaising with their parents Working directly within the Learning & Inclusion team alongside a team of likeminded graduate SEN Teaching Assistants Shadowing opportunities with qualified therapists, psychologists and the school's SENCO (SEN Coordinator) The opportunity to train as a fully qualified teacher (for free) if you are interested!The SENCO is keen to appoint graduates with a keen interest in supporting students with additional needs. You will work with students who have mild SEN, typically autism, dyslexia, ADHD and other neurodiverse needs.
