These SEN Teaching Assistant positions are perfect for Psychology Graduates or Graduates with a keen interest in SEN, Mental Health, Psychology, Therapy, Counselling & more.

Experience working in mainstream lessons Experience leading a group of 6 SEN students, offering 1:1 and group support The opportunity to work closely with students, as well as liaising with their parents Working directly within the Learning & Inclusion team alongside a team of likeminded graduate SEN Teaching Assistants Shadowing opportunities with qualified therapists, psychologists and the school's SENCO (SEN Coordinator) The opportunity to train as a fully qualified teacher (for free) if you are interested!The SENCO is keen to appoint graduates with a keen interest in supporting students with additional needs. You will work with students who have mild SEN, typically autism, dyslexia, ADHD and other neurodiverse needs. You will also support students with SEMH needs, such as anxiety, depression, stress and those just simply going through a tough time.
