A nurturing school in Rickmansworth is seeking a skilled SEND Teacher to bring learning to life for every child. You will deliver tailored lessons, support social and emotional growth, and help pupils achieve their full potential in a safe, positive, and inclusive environment.

Your Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver differentiated lessons that meet pupils’ individual needs

Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development

Collaborate with SENCO, TAs, and staff to drive progress

Track pupil development and provide meaningful feedback

Create a classroom where every child feels valued and inspired

We’re Looking For:

QTS or equivalent

Experience teaching pupils with SEND

Patient, adaptable, and empathetic approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Passion for inclusive education and making a difference
