A forward-thinking primary school in Hemel Hempstead is looking for a SEND Teacher to deliver engaging, personalised learning experiences. You will support pupils with diverse learning needs, ensuring they reach their full potential in a safe and inclusive environment.

Your Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver lessons tailored to SEND pupils
Work closely with TAs, SENCO, and staff to support progress
Track and assess pupil development
Provide a nurturing and structured learning environment
Support social, emotional, and academic growth
We’re Looking For:

QTS or equivalent
Experience teaching pupils with SEND
Empathetic, patient, and adaptable
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Passion for inclusive education
