We're looking for a Primary Teacher to join a welcoming SEN school in East Manchester on a full-time, long-term basis - starting immediately.
Whether you're already experienced in SEN or bringing strong primary teaching skills and a passion to learn, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference.
You'll be joining a warm, inclusive school that supports pupils from EYFS to KS2, with a particular focus on autism and ASC. The team is cohesive, well-supported, and committed to creating a calm, engaging environment where every child can thrive.
The Role:
✔ Plan and deliver differentiated, engaging lessons aligned with the primary curriculum ✔ Support pupils with ASC and autism, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs ✔ Lead and manage a class team of skilled Teaching Assistants and support staff ✔ Create a calm, structured, and nurturing learning environment ✔ Work closely with families, SEN professionals, and external agencies ✔ Track progress and support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development

The Ideal Candidate:
✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) ✔ Experience teaching within SEN or primary settings ✔ Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum ✔ A patient, creative, and resilient approach to teaching ✔ Confident leading a class team and supporting behaviour positively ✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
