This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) while working as part of a welcoming and collaborative school community where staff are valued and pupils are encouraged to reach their full potential. Role Details * Location: Tower Hamlets * Start Date: April 2026 * Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday * Pay: £95-£97 per day (dependent on experience) Key Responsibilities * Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) * Support children with a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social/emotional needs * Assist teachers in delivering inclusive and engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs * Implement positive behaviour strategies and support pupils' emotional wellbeing and regulation * Help create a nurturing, structured, and inclusive learning environment * Work closely with the SENCO, teachers, and wider support staff to monitor and support pupil progress The Ideal Candidate Will: * Have experience supporting children with SEN in a school or similar setting * Be patient, empathetic, and resilient * Have a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs * Be able to build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, staff, and parents * Be proactive and committed to helping every child succeed If you are enthusiastic, caring, and ready to make a real impact within a fantastic primary school, we would love to hear from you.
