Role: SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Full Time Pay: £90 - £110 per day Start: April Term 2026 Location: London Borough of Camden We are currently recruiting a dedicated and resilient SEN Learning Support Assistant to work in an supportive secondary special school setting in Camden, supporting students aged 11-19 with ASD, SEMH needs, and behavioural difficulties. This role is particularly well suited to aspiring teachers, educational psychologists, youth workers, therapists, or behaviour specialists, as well as those with a strong interest in SEN and inclusive education. The Role: * Full-time SEN Learning Support Assistant position * Based in a specialist, inclusive setting within the London Borough of Camden * Supporting students aged 11-19 with ASD, SEMH, and behavioural needs * Providing 1:1 and small group support inside and outside the classroom * Assisting with emotional regulation, behaviour management, and engagement in learning Ideal Candidate: * A genuine passion for supporting young people with complex needs * Calm, patient, and resilient approach to behaviour and emotional support * Experience working with children or young people with SEN, SEMH, or behavioural needs (desirable but not essential) * Able to commit to a full-time role in Camden If you are ready to take on a rewarding role as a SEN Learning Support Assistant and make a real difference in Camden, apply now!
