The schools supported by Tradewind cater for students with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and a broad range of needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, moderate to severe learning difficulties, and communication needs. Settings may include maintained SEN schools, academies, and specialist provisions, offering a range of teaching experiences to suit different skill sets and career goals.

As an SEN Teacher, you will work with small class sizes and benefit from strong multidisciplinary support.
