We are seeking a dedicated and driven Semi Senior Accountant to join their friendly and professional team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to advance their career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.
Key Responsibilities of the Semi Senior Accountant:
As a Semi Senior Accountant, your role will involve:
- Preparing financial statements for a variety of clients including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
- Completing and submitting Corporation Tax and Self-Assessment Tax Returns
- Managing VAT return preparation and submissions
- Building strong client relationships to uphold the firm’s excellent reputation
- Supporting more senior staff and mentoring junior team members where appropriate
About You – Ideal Candidate for the Semi Senior Accountant Role:
- Minimum xrlawcv 3 years’ experience working in an accountancy practice
- Proficient with cloud-based accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks)
- Proactive, ambitious, and career-focused
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
