SEMH Learning Support - Full time!\n\nHours:8am - 3:30pm - Mon - Fri\n\nPay Rate: £106 and up based on experience! \n\nStart Date: ASAP (after passing background checks) \n\nLocations: Salford, Bolton, Rochdale \n\nDuties\n\nProvide support both one on one and in groups to students with SEMH needs, ensuring their emotional and educational requirements are met.\nAssist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.\nFoster positive relationships with students, promoting their social skills and emotional well-being.\nCollaborate with teachers and other professionals to create an inclusive classroom environment.\nSupport students during lessons, helping them engage with the curriculum effectively.\nMonitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as necessary.\nEmploy effective communication strategies to encourage students' participation and confidence in learning activities.\nParticipate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills related to special education.Requirements\n\nExperience working with children or people with SEMH needs, particularly those with special educational needs or disabilities.\nStrong behaviour management skills and communication skills\nAlternate education qualifications in education or special education is desirable.\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.\nAbility to demonstrate patience, empathy, and resilience when working with children facing emotional challenges.Apply now to be considered!\n\nAPPLICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR SPENCER CLARKE GROUP\n\nAll applications are subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, professional reference checks, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) in line with our stringent safeguarding policy\n\nYour CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and all employment breaks must be explained\nYou must have legal right to work in the UK\nYou must be willing to attend a registration interviewAll pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay.
