Sub Agent - Plymouth £400 - £440 per day plus £50 lodge| Major Infrastructure Project | Long-Term Opportunity | An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sub Agent to join a high-profile infrastructure redevelopment project at a secure Royal Navy site in Plymouth . This is a key leadership role within a technically complex, long-term construction programme that requires a proactive, organised and people-focused professional to help deliver works safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Due to the sensitive nature of the project, BPSS security clearance is required. Candidates must have resided in the UK for the past 5 years and hold a passport from a UK, EU, NATO, 5 Eyes, or MISWG member country. Please note that clearance checks can take up to 8 weeks . Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors, and resources to deliver project sections efficiently and safely.
Ensure all works are planned and resourced adequately, including labour, plant, and materials.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including client representatives and supply chain.
