We are looking for a skilled and reliable Seasonal Chef to join the kitchen team at this well-regarded seafood restaurant. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a quality-driven environment during a busy and rewarding season, delivering high standards of food and consistency throughout service.

The Perks

As a Seasonal Chef, you can look forward to:
£20 per hour
Tips on top of hourly rate
40 hour working week

Sunday evenings off, plus Mondays and Tuesdays

The Place

This is a well-established seasonal seafood restaurant, known for its locally sourced menus and warm hospitality. Operating from March through to September, the restaurant offers lunch and dinner in a relaxed yet refined setting, with a strong focus on fresh, high-quality seafood.

The Person
The ideal Seasonal Chef will have:
Proven experience working in a seafood-led restaurant
Strong, hands-on experience preparing and cooking shellfish
A solid fresh food background with good kitchen fundamentals
The ability to work at pace while maintaining consistency and quality
Strong attention to detail and organisation
A positive attitude and ability to integrate quickly into an existing team
A good understanding of all relevant health and safety legislation
Flexibility with working hours
Available to start immediately
