The Person The ideal Seasonal Chef will have: Proven experience working in a seafood-led restaurant Strong, hands-on experience preparing and cooking shellfish A solid fresh food background with good kitchen fundamentals The ability to work at pace while maintaining consistency and quality Strong attention to detail and organisation A positive attitude and ability to integrate quickly into an existing team A good understanding of all relevant health and safety legislation Flexibility with working hours Available to start immediately If you are a capable and experienced chef with a strong seafood background and are available to start ASAP, we would love to hear from you.
