A rapidly expanding freight forwarding organisation is looking for a Sales and development professional, office based to sell and develop their Deep Sea, Air and also road freight services direct to clients over the phone.The ideal candidate will be a crucial link between BDMs, and our customer service team & also gather sales leads and sell to clients over the phone. Ideally candidates will have business they can bring with them (*Not essential). GCSE or equivalent qualification A-C (4-9) in core subjects. Must possess Sea freight sales experience with some knowledge of air freight as we are looking to grow this area. ROLE: Sea & Air Inside sales LOCATION: Essex BASIC SALARY: £35k to £37500 Commission: Monthly commission
ROLE: Identify and source new business opportunities, leveraging your own leads and those provided by the Sales and Operations teams. Develop new sales across FCL/LCL sea freight, airfreight, and road freight, for both imports and exports. Operate flexibly, with responsibilities both in-office and in the field.
