This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact, working closely with students, staff, and parents to deliver tailored, high-quality careers advice and guidance. Key Responsibilities: Deliver 1:1 and group careers guidance sessions. Support Careers Leaders in achieving the Gatsby Benchmarks. Maintain and update CEIAG Google Classrooms with current Labour Market Information (LMI). Organise employer talks and careers-related events. Work with students from all backgrounds, including those with SEND or from disadvantaged groups. Promote equal opportunities, safeguarding, and inclusivity throughout your practice. ...
