This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact, working closely with students, staff, and parents to deliver tailored, high-quality careers advice and guidance.Key Responsibilities:• Deliver 1:1 and group careers guidance sessions.• Support Careers Leaders in achieving the Gatsby Benchmarks.• Maintain and update CEIAG Google Classrooms with current Labour Market Information (LMI).• Organise employer talks and careers-related events.• Work with students from all backgrounds, including those with SEND or from disadvantaged groups.• Promote equal opportunities, safeguarding, and inclusivity throughout your practice.________________________________________What You’ll ...
