Our Full Time Scheduler role will involve a range of tasks related to scheduling and coordinating care services. Key responsibilities include:*Creating staff schedules: Organizing the schedule of home care staff to ensure optimal service delivery.*Coordinating with clients: Identifying and accommodating the care needs of clients.*Maintaining accurate records: Keeping up-to-date records of patient care and services delivered.*Communicating with clients: Ensuring effective communication with clients, their families, and caregivers.*Managing care visits: Ensuring care visits are covered when staff are unable to work due to sickness or other reasons.*Care schedulers play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of home care services, ensuring that the needs of both caregivers and patients are met.
