We are seeking a Technical Lead Engineer to join a secure onsite environment, supporting end users within a Wintel infrastructure.
This is a hands-on leadership role combining deskside support with team guidance responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2 deskside support (Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365)
Diagnose and resolve hardware issues (laptops/desktops - break/fix)
Manage incidents and service requests in line with SLAs
Support and guide a small team of engineers onsite
Ensure ticket quality, updates, and process adherence
Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement
Key Skills & Experience:
Strong deskside / desktop support experience (L2)
Solid knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365
Hardware troubleshooting (laptop/desktop break-fix)
Experience working in structured, SLA-driven environments
Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership
