Location: Bristol (Onsite) Duration: 9 Months Rate: £19.33 per hour (Umbrella) Clearance: Active SC required (must be willing to undergo DV)We are seeking a Technical Lead Engineer to join a secure onsite environment, supporting end users within a Wintel infrastructure.This is a hands-on leadership role combining deskside support with team guidance responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:Provide L2 deskside support (Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365)Diagnose and resolve hardware issues (laptops/desktops - break/fix)Manage incidents and service requests in line with SLAsSupport and guide a small team of engineers onsiteEnsure ticket quality, updates, and process adherenceContribute to documentation and continuous improvementKey Skills & Experience:Strong deskside / desktop support experience (L2)Solid knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365Hardware troubleshooting (laptop/desktop break-fix)Experience working in structured, SLA-driven environmentsStrong communication and stakeholder interaction skillsAbility to work independently and take ownershipPlease Note: Shortlisted candidates will be contacted via CallReasonable Adjustments:Respect and equality are core values to us.
