Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, growing and managing existing accounts, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. Day-to-day activities include prospecting potential customers, conducting sales presentations, providing excellent customer service, and facilitating customer training on platform features. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet customer and business goals is also a core part of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
- Experience in providing Training related to platform features or sales processes
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with B2B platforms and an understanding of the drinks industry, which is considered an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
