CK Group are recruiting for a Sales Operations Manager to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months. This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week in the client's Basingstoke office. \n\n Salary:\n £19.98 ph to £26.39 ph PAYE depending on experience \n\n Sales Operations Manager Role:\n\nOwn and manage all operational and executional aspects of New Employee onboarding\nDevelop an exceptional onboarding, and ongoing training experience for all employees\nCo-create and own, all ongoing field education\nPartner with Hub Strategic Events Coordinator and support key yearly engagements\nProvide support to New Learners throughout onboarding process and across levels of training \nManage field-facing learning plans within SuccessFactors, ensuring all learning plan assignments stay up to date.Your Background:\n\nHold a relevant degree or have equivalent working knowledge\nHave extensive experience in leading onboarding and ongoing training activities\nBe a proactive and solutions-oriented professional\nStrong project management, stakeholder engagement, compliance, & adaptability skills\nPrevious experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare or medical devices would be advantageousCompany:\n Our client is one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world.
