CK Group are recruiting for a Sales Operations Manager to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months. This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week in the client's Basingstoke office.

Salary:

£19.98 ph to £26.39 ph PAYE depending on experience

Sales Operations Manager Role:

Own and manage all operational and executional aspects of New Employee onboarding

Develop an exceptional onboarding, and ongoing training experience for all employees

Co-create and own, all ongoing field education

Partner with Hub Strategic Events Coordinator and support key yearly engagements

Provide support to New Learners throughout onboarding process and across levels of training

Manage field-facing learning plans within SuccessFactors, ensuring all learning plan assignments stay up to date.Your Background:

Hold a relevant degree or have equivalent working knowledge

Have extensive experience in leading onboarding and ongoing training activities

Be a proactive and solutions-oriented professional

Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, compliance, & adaptability skills

Previous experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare or medical devices would be advantageousCompany:
