About this Role As Sales Manager within Dawsongroup EMC, you will lead our Northern sales team across the municipal and industrial space, helping customers access the right environmental and municipal assets at the right time. This role suits an experienced sales leader or senior sales professional ready to take ownership of a region and support a team to deliver strong, sustainable results. Lead, coach and support a regional sales team across municipal and industrial customers Drive revenue, utilisation and performance against agreed targets and KPIs Work closely with the Head of Sales and wider EMC sales leadership to align regional activity Build long term relationships with local authorities, councils, contractors and industrial clients Represent Dawsongroup EMC in tenders, site visits and customer meetings About You You enjoy leading people and creating the conditions for others to succeed, while still being commercially focused and customer led. You do not need to tick every box, potential, attitude and transferable skills matter to us. Previous people management or team leadership experience in a sales environment Confidence building relationships with decision makers across municipal or industrial sectors A proactive approach to spotting opportunities and following leads through to completion Comfortable balancing customer visits, reporting and team support An inclusive leadership style that encourages collaboration and development About Us Dawsongroup has been a family business since 1935 and has operated in asset rental since 1974, making us one of the most established names in the industry.
