Location: National Remit Salary & Benefits: Up to £65,000 base + £5,000 car allowance + performance-related bonus (OTE £100,000) 25 days holiday + bank holidays | Pension | Healthcare

What you’ll be doing

Developing and delivering a national business development strategy across security, traffic management, stewarding, and car parking services.
*
Building, managing, and converting a high-quality sales pipeline across London, the North West, and emerging national markets.
*
Leading tenders, client presentations, and solution workshops, from initial engagement through to contract award and mobilisation.
*
Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, positioning the business as a long-term partner rather than a supplier.
*
Working closely with operational and commercial teams to ensure solutions are profitable, compliant, and operationally sound.
*
Line managing and supporting at least one team member as the function grows.
What we’re looking for
*
Proven business development or sales experience within a people-based, outsourced services environment such as security, facilities management, cleaning, traffic management, or events.
*
A strong consultative sales approach with a demonstrable track record of winning new business.
*
Experience leading tenders, multi-stakeholder sales processes, and managing longer sales cycles.
*
Commercially astute, proactive, resilient, and relationship-led.
Nice to have
*
Experience selling into stadiums, venues, festivals, or large-scale events.
*
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements within security or traffic management.
How success will be measured
*
Quality, value, and conversion of the sales pipeline
*
New business revenue achieved (circa £1m+ annually)
*
Tender success rates and smooth contract mobilisation
*
Strength of client relationships and senior decision-maker engagement
