Sales Manager

PiPcall is expanding fast, and we’re looking for a motivated Sales Manager to help drive adoption of our newest solution.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing and qualifying leads from marketing campaigns, inbound enquiries, industry events, and your own outreach.
Building strong relationships with new clients through proactive outbound solution selling.
Delivering compelling sales pitches that convert prospects into customers.
Understanding customer challenges and using your insights to help shape a best‑in‑class sales playbook—one you’ll later use to train and support a growing team.
Negotiating and closing contracts with both new and existing customers.
Acting as the main point of contact throughout the entire sales cycle.
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of sales experience.
Telecoms background is a bonus, not essential.
Confident communicator with strong phone presence.
Target‑driven, energetic and motivated to win.
A proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Keen to lead and develop others while remaining actively involved with customers.
Self‑motivated, organised, and comfortable balancing competing priorities.
Willing to travel to customers when needed and based within 1.5 hours of London.

What We Offer
Hybrid working — just 1 day per month in the office.
OTE up to £70,000 (£30,000–£40,000 base + commission).
4–6 weeks of comprehensive training.
