Business Need / Purpose of Role: To manage and coordinate the OE Control & Nuclear Projects team, ensuring that they have the training and tools to generate quotations and give technical advice to our customers. To ensure that the Control & Nuclear Projects team is customer-focused, effective and pro-active in its approach to servicing our customers. Objectives & Measurement - Including but not limited to: Key Responsibilities and Specific Accountabilities: Objectives: * Supervise and prepare technical proposals and quotations in-line with company procedures and industry best practice * Effectively manage contact with customers, external sales and agents to gather market intelligence so as to priortise quotations and target competition * Identify, qualify, prepare and deliver detailed techno-commercial proposals for OEM projects to the global nuclear market * Meet and exceed specific Key Performance Indicators set by the Head of Commercial Operations e.g., achieving or exceeding the required bid date and increasing order intake / hit rates * Review incoming enquiries and allocate to the OE sales team.
