Location: UK (Hybrid – London, South East or Midlands preferred)

Salary: Competitive base + strong commission structure

Start: January 2026 or sooner

About Us

Deltashor is a fast-growing Temporary Works provider supplying formwork, falsework, design services and specialist materials across the UK. We are also the UK distributor of Acrow M-Board, expanding rapidly into new product lines and markets.

Our clients range from tier-1 contractors to regional civils firms — and we’re known for being agile, commercial, and genuinely supportive partners on site.

2026 is a major growth year for us… which is where you come in.

The Role

We’re looking for a driven, confident and commercially-minded Sales Executive to help grow our customer base, increase hire and sales revenue, and strengthen our brand presence.

You will:

  • Build and manage your own client portfolio
  • Visit construction sites and offices to promote our systems
  • Price enquiries with support from our design and commercial team
  • Develop relationships with site managers, procurement teams and directors
  • Drive sales of Acrow M-Board, formwork systems, falsework solutions and accessories
  • Represent Deltashor with professionalism, enthusiasm and hunger

This role is ideal for someone who wants responsibility, variety and the ability to make a real impact in a business scaling quickly.

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in construction sales (formwork, scaffolding, plant hire, temporary works, civils, or materials) — not essential but highly preferred
  • Confident communicator who enjoys meeting people
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic
  • Results-driven and money-motivated
  • Comfortable travelling to sites and customers
  • Someone who enjoys autonomy and being trusted to perform
