We are supporting a well-established, global business seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and inspire their international sales team. This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to shape commercial strategy, drive growth, and influence business performance across multiple sectors.
About the Role:
As Sales Director, you will develop and implement a global commercial strategy, lead a high-performing sales team, and expand the company’s reach across existing and new markets. You’ll focus on growing membership and service sales, building strategic key account plans, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and supporting events and exhibitions globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute a global commercial strategy to drive new business Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to meet targets and KPIs Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders Develop key account plans and identify cross-selling opportunities Organise events, exhibitions, and webinars to promote services Travel internationally to support business growth initiativesAbout You:
Proven experience designing and delivering a commercial strategy Track record of leading, motivating, and inspiring sales teams Strong understanding of diverse industries and supply chains Results-driven with measurable success in sales growth Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills Strong organisational skills and self-motivated Comfortable with international travel and face-to-face meetings Competent in Microsoft Office, Teams/Zoom, PowerPoint, and CRM systemsDesirable:
Experience in testing or certification environments Event management and delivery experience Experience in international sales and social media engagementBenefits:
