Job Title: Sales Development Representative (High-Growth SaaS | Energy & Commodities)

Salary: £40,000–£45,000 Basic + £15,000 OTE

Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

The Opportunity



We’re looking for a driven and intellectually curious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a high-performing commercial team.



You’ll be working side-by-side with senior AEs and leadership to open doors into new verticals, with all the autonomy, creativity, and pace that come with a true start-up environment.

What You’ll Be Doing



  • Research and identify potential prospects across the energy, commodities, and fintech landscape.
  • Drive high-quality outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn — consistency and energy are key.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with AEs to refine messaging and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Contribute ideas, A/B test messaging, and help shape the outbound motion.
  • Immerse yourself in the product and industry — client visits, training sessions, and live demos included.



What You’ll Bring



  • Minimum 12 months’ experience in an SDR or sales role (SaaS, data, fintech, or analytics ideal).
  • A proactive, self-starting mindset — you don’t need constant direction to make things happen.
  • Energy and resilience — comfortable on the phone and unafraid of rejection.
  • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to grasp complex, data-driven products.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to experiment to find what works.
  • A humble, collaborative attitude — no egos, just shared goals.
