  • Client Experience: Deliver an exceptional first impression at every touchpoint — providing professionalism, clarity and value.
  • CRM & Reporting: Accurately log all sales activity in the CRM and help track key metrics like lead flow, conversion rates and pipeline health.

What You’ll Bring

  • Sales Experience: Ideally 1+ year in B2B sales, SDR/BDR, telesales or a similar target-driven role.
  • Communication Skills: Clear, confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels and build rapport with business leaders.
  • Motivation & Resilience: Self-starter with a hunger to exceed targets, embrace feedback and continuously improve.
  • Fast Learner: Ability to absorb training in commercial law essentials and apply learning to qualification and outreach.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset and a culture champion who enjoys working in a lively, growth-oriented environment.

What You’ll Get

  • Competitive Salary: Base salary with an uncapped commission structure, rewarding high performance.
  • Benefits Package: 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays, contractual sick pay, enhanced maternity/paternity pay, medical insurance post-probation, birthday leave, and professional development budget.
  • Career Growth: Real opportunities for progression within Sales, Growth and broader business functions.
  • Vibrant Culture: Relaxed dress code, regular socials, collaborative office environment in the heart of Ancoats.
