Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Commercial Finance Brokerage | Central London
Location: Central London
Salary: Competitive basic + uncapped commission
My client is a well-established and rapidly growing Commercial Finance Brokerage based in Central London, specialising in providing tailored funding solutions to UK SMEs. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to hire Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to support their invoice finance broker team and drive new business opportunities.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional looking to build a career in commercial finance. As an SDR, you will be responsible for sourcing and qualifying new business opportunities and booking qualified meetings for senior brokers, with a clear progression route into a full broker role.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound B2B prospecting via telephone, email, and LinkedIn
- Engaging with business owners and directors to understand funding requirements
- Qualifying leads and arranging appointments for senior brokers
- Accurately updating and managing the CRM system
- Building a strong understanding of commercial finance products
- Working closely with the wider brokerage team to maximise conversions
Candidate Requirements
- Previous sales experience (SDR, telesales, recruitment, or B2B sales preferred)
- Confident communicator with a strong telephone manner
- Target-driven, resilient, and highly motivated
- Commercially minded with an interest in finance
- Ambitious with a desire to progress into a broker position
